1. AI Service Terms

The core feature of Fish Identifier is its AI-driven identification system. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Nature: Identification results are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Not for Safety: You must not rely on the app for safety-critical decisions, such as determining if a fish is poisonous, edible, or endangered. Always consult a local expert or authority.
• Photo Rights: You must only upload photos that you have the legal right to use.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Fish Identifier Pro offers subscription-based access to premium features. Payments are handled via Apple App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

3. Limited Liability

Fish Identifier is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided within the app. Identification is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
